Emerald's POV

I was walking on a sidewalk, on my way back home.

I was quietly walking when someone tapped my shoulder.

I turned around to see who it is, and saw an unexpected person.

"Jiven?" I asked, sinisigurado kung tama ba ang nakita.

"Hmm, on your way home?" He asked while his hands are on his pocket.

I nod.

He's now walking with me.

"Sa'n kaba nakatira?" I asked.

"Sa puso mo." He answered.

Kung maka-asta sa loob ng school, ang angas angas, mais naman pala.

I gave him an awkward smile.

"Ikaw? Sa'n ka nakatira?" He asked, shifting his gaze to me.

"Sa bahay." I answered seriously.

"Saang bahay?" He asked again.

"Malapit sa kapit-bahay namin." I answered.

"Ang tino mo kausap." He said as he brushes his hair with his fingers.

"I know, right?" I smiled sarcastically at him.

I saw him roll his eyes on me.

Well not as bad as Carlisle.

''Dito na'ko, bye.'' I waved my hand at him.

"Goodnight, dumpling." He said as he patted my head.

"Anong sabi mo?!" I frowned.

"Hatdog." He said and run.

Akmang papasok na sana ako ng gate ng may makita akong nakatayo doon, na dahilan ng pag-kagulat 'ko.

"Oh my god!" I almost screamed.

"Dumpling pala huh?" He arched his left brow before entering the house, leaving me behind.

Dali-dali akong pumasok at sinundan siya sa loob.

"Ewan koba dun." I said.

"Sino yun?" He asked with a serious tone.

"Classmate 'ko." I answered.

"Classmate huh?" He once again arched his left brow.

"Oo nga, eto naman nagagalit agad." I held his arm, to stop him from leaving.

"Why would he call you that?" He asked, he's intimidating.

"Teka, bat ako mag-papaliwanag, nag-seselos kaba? 'diba may jowa ka?" I raised one of my brow.

"A-anong sinasabi mo?" He said stuttering.

"Ikaw, huh." I teased him.

"Ikaw nga yung may crush sa'kin jan." He looked at me head to toe.

"Ay wow, porket alam, ginagamit mo na sa'kin yan?" I sounded so pissed.

He rolled his eyes at me before going upstairs.

I went to my room as well, to take a shower and prepare for bed.

I want to sleep early, napagod rin ako.

I woke up, because of the light hitting my face, my alarm didn't rang, but thank god it's still too early to go to school.

I got up and prepared for school.

I wore an over-sized black t-shirt and tucked it in a skinny jeans, along with my white rubber shoes.

I didn't tie my hair, i let it down, and wore a beige cap.

I grabbed my I.D, and went outside to go to school.

I was walking quietly in the pathwalk... malapit na'ko.

Sa school.

I preffered walking, although i have my own car... it's my exersice.

"Sus, you're so bolero." The woman infront me chuckled.

Umagang kay landi.

She turned around to check something.

As she turns around, i saw a familliar face.

Yvonne?

She looked at me confused, before smiling at me.

She doesn't know me, this is the first time we met.

Carlisle showed me a picture of her back then so i know her face.

But she looks like, she's cheating?

"Hi miss, boyfriend mo?" I approached her.

"Yeah, why?" She smiled at me and asked curiously.

"Nothing, you look good together." I answered, i can't look suspicious.

"Thank you, take care!" She waved at me before leaving.

Fuck, you're doomed.

I arrived home, still thinking of what happened earlier, on my way to school.

I saw Carlisle, sitting in the sofa with his laptop on.

"Oh good evening, Are you hungry? Let's eat." He turned his gaze to me, when he noticed that i'm home.

''Actually, i have something to tell you." I said nervously.

"Me too, but you go first." He answered.

"Well... uh... i saw Yvonne on my eay to school earlier." I said almost stuttering.

"Oh what happen? Did you two hang out?" He asked, excited about my answer.

"Actually...no." I sighed.

"Hey listen, Earlier today, on my way to school, I saw Yvonne with other man, I asked if it was her boyfriend and she said, he was." I explained.

Carlisle's brows furrowed.

"You, I can't believe you." He held his forehead and chuckled.

"Hindi porket okay na tayo, ay pwede mo nang siraan si Yvonne sa'kin," He said slowly raising his voice.

"You're pathetic, if you think that i will like you, in your dreams, you're a good novelist huh?" He smiled sarcastically.

"No, i'm telling you the truth, bakit kaba nag-papakatanga dun sa pokpok na yu-" I didn't finished my sentence, when i felt a hard slap on my left cheek.

I almost fall, it's so strong.

I held my cheeks as a tear escaped from my eyes.

"I was wrong about my feelings for you." He said, he looked so mad.

"Wow, I guess you didn't even treated me as your friend, even once." I said, my voice we're shaking.

"Let's not, be close to each other anymore." I declared.

"Gladly." He answered leaving me behind.

Tuluyan nang tumulo ang mga luha 'ko ng maka-alis siya.

I went upstairs and changed my clothes.

May aasikasuhin lang ako.

I arrived outside a big building.

I parked my car beside and went out.

I looked at the building.

"Supreme Court." I read.
