It was Tuesday and I was meeting up with Anisa, we were planning on going to the movie theater today.

"Let's watch this romance movie!", I suggested.

"Yeah sure, uhm Alaska?", she said, distracted on her phone.

"What's up?"

"Don't be mad, but uhm- I just invited Nate to come with us."

she did what?

"Why would you do that?", I asked.

"It's just, you know... it's more fun if we do things with more people."

"We could've literally called Angi!", I said

"I know, but it's maybe cool to meet other people?"

"There are so many other people you could've invited, why Nate?"

"Laska, just shut up, you're being dramatic!"

Why is she acting so weird??

"Stop talking to me like that!"

"Ugh I'm sorry Laska, I'm just a little bit stressed."

Some time has passed and we were already there, waiting for Nate.

To be honest, I don't know what to think about him anymore.

Are we enemies? Friends? Or maybe even more than that?

Before I could think about it more, he was walking towards us.

"Hi Nate!", Anisa said excited.

"Hey.", he said.

"Alaska.", he greeted me.

"Hi.", I answered dry.

"Soo, what movie are we watching?", he asked.

Ugh, I can't stand the fact that he's pretending like we're all close friends.

"Uhm Alaska wanted to watch this romance movie.", Anisa said.

"Oh, so you're into stuff like that?", he asked me.

"What do you mean by stuff ?"

Before he could answer, Anisa interrupted him.

"Guys, let's just go in and watch the movie!", she said annoyed.

This girl is acting really strange.

The movie has already started and I was sitting between Anisa and Nate, which was kinda awkward, because I had to hold the popcorn.

The movie was really cute and I really enjoyed it, I was about to grab some popcorn, when Nate suddenly did the same.

Our hands touched.

We locked eyes and then he stared at my lips.

Alaska, what is going on?

I felt something in my stomach.

Stop it. Now!

I finally gathered the courage to move my hand and then I turned all the attention back to the movie.

I could still feel him staring at me.

I hope he will forget about this after the movie!

The movie was finally over and I was ready to leave when Nate suddenly grabbed me by my wrist.

"I make you nervous, right?"

He didn't forget about it.

"Nate, what are you talking about?", I asked annoyed.

"I know you have a huge crush on me.", he smirked.

"Oh my god yes, how did you know?", I said sarcastically.

He laughed.

"You're really special Laska, do you know that?", he said, while moving a hair strand out of my face.

Was that an insult?

"Nate? Can you walk me home please?", Anisa interrupted us.

"Uh yea, sure."

He let go of my wrist and they both left.

She has been acting so weird today, especially when Nate was around.
