I put the letter in front of his house and left.

I think it would be awkward to give it to him in person. Trust me, I've watched To All The Boys I've Loved Before and she had to read her letter in front of him. I could never do that.

Some time has passed and I received a phone call.

It was Angela.

Should I pick up?

Maybe it's important?

I picked up.

"I'm so sorry Laska!", she cried.

"What are you taking about?", I asked confused.

"He cheated.", she cried even louder.

Hearing her like this breaks my heart.

"I'm so sorry."

I honestly wish I could say I told you so, but that would be not really helpful.

"I should've believed you!"

Yes, you should have.

"I will come over, wait."

"No Alaska, I can't see anyone right now."

"Uhm, okay."

Then she ended the call.

What the heck. That was confusing.

I tried to avoid thinking about Angi, it would make me only sad. I honestly hope that she's okay.

Then someone ringed on my door.

I ran downstairs to open the door.

It was Nate.

"Nate, what are yo-"

Before I could finish my sentence, he kissed me.

"Alaska Bailey, I'm crazy in love with you!"

"You are?", I asked shocked.

"Are you kidding me? You're so stupid, I made it so obvious.", he laughed.

"I don't know what to say.", I said speechless.

"You don't have to say anything."

He kissed me again.

"If thats always how you react to a letter, I will write you one everyday.", I laughed.
