Another Heart Broken

A few weeks have passed since Roxanne has been sentenced to life and the invitations to Ines and Carcels engagement party have been sent out.

Claude called his sons to his office.

"Yes father you needed us? "

"I'm sure you heard about Ines and Carcel engagement party and we were invited"

Eros looks at Apollo, and sees him with a straight face but he knew he was hurt, and he could understand him.

"Do we have to go? "

"Yes, we are vary close with them since your mother is originally from there"

"Ahh ok..."

"Why?, do you have a problem? "

"No not at all"

"Alright then, the party is on Saturday"

"So in five days"

"Yes"

"Alright..."

Eros and Apollo leave Claudes office.

"I understand how you feel Apollo"

"I know but...it still hurts..."

Apollo then walks away from Eros, leaving him alone.

Apollo walks out side and it starts to rain.

"Dammit..."

He says as he looks up and the sky.

"I knew this was gonna happen but it still hurts..."

Just then a firefly lands on his nose.

He was admiring it until it flew away due to Eros calling him.

"What's wrong Eros"

Apollo says with a tear falling down is cheek.

"Father saw Athanasia"

Apollos eyes widened.

Eros and Apollo burst through Claudes chambers and see him sitting up with his hand covering one of his eyes while he's sweating.

"Did you see her father! "

Eros starts with.

Apollo runs over to Claudes.

"Are you ok father..."

"I-im fine...it's just the wench..."

Apollo and Eros Trimble hearing him call Athanasia like that but they still help him up.

"Are you sure it was her father..."

"Yes, I'm sure and if I knew she was real, I would have ripped her to shreds"

They then lay Claude on his bed.

"Get some rest father..."

Apollo says before leaving with Eros.

"Where is she..."
