If It Were Not For God's Power
Where would I be right now
If it were not for God's power?
I would not have made it this far
Without the One I needed from the start.
Though I have experienced persecution,
As my eyes flicker in all directions,
It is an undeniable fact
That this world will come to pass.
With all the destruction taking place,
How easy it may be to lose faith;
Though when you place your complete hope
In God, He will guide you wherever you go.
And so let us not be swayed
By the chaos and wiles day by day;
Rather, let us strive to complete
Our journey, all for the glory of the Almighty.
