The True Happily Ever After

Through the fire and flames,

You tread on with grace;

Firm in your belief in the truth

That the Lord is always with you.

In spite of your shortcomings,

You know He is understanding;

He will never leave you on your own;

He will raise you up with genuine hope.

In this world of disaster,

Is there truly a Happily Ever After?

As the great day draws nigh,

You must keep your eyes on the prize.

Do not be lured into the traps

Of pleasure that does not last;

Hold onto your faith

Regardless of what you face.

And none of your deeds will be unnoticed

By the Lord your God in heaven;

With Him and His Son you shall be forever,

Having attained the true Happily Ever After.
