Author's POV (Edited)

Six Months Later

The Mir Haveli was once again covered in golden lights from the top to the bottom. The whole house was sparkling in the dark night sky. The whole house resembled a moth in the darkness.

The hustle and bustle was on its peak in the Haveli. Numerous people were exiting and entering the Haveli. The guests were entering through the entrance which was decorated by golden lights and pink and off white flowers bunches.

The backyard was set up. Lush red carpet was skillfully placed on the grassy floor. Royal gold chairs were placed side by side making a geometry. The stage was set in the centre with plus chairs on it. The backyard was covered in white and yellow colored lights. The tent was beautiful beige in color.

It was intriguing as always. The guests took their seats before the atmosphere dispersed into the hushed conversations of the guests.

Shehnaz Begum entered the garden. She was dressed in a beautiful pista colored suit and shalwar. Her intricate detailing dupatta rested on her head. She greeted the guests before walking towards the stage. As she stepped on the stage, Salar smiled in her direction before enveloping her in a hug and stated cheekily

"My favorite person is here."

Shehnaz Begum chuckled before asking

"Are all the preparations done?"

Salar nodded his head before speaking

"Of course dado, would you think I will let any thing undone at my own beloved sister's nikkah?"

Shehnaz laughed before patting his shoulder and giving him blessing

"May Allah gives you this happiness one day too."

Salar groaned before saying

"Nope, two of my cousins are now in married club, I'm fit as a fiddle as my own."

Shehnaz shook her head as someone smack Salar's head from the back before saying

"He's of no use, dado."

It was Zarnish. Salar groaned before speaking dramatically

"Haye!! No one loves me anymore here in this house."

Zarnish rolled her eyes before greeting Shehnaz. Dressed in a beautiful peach colored ankle length frock with orange duppata resting on her each arm. Her hairs were braided in half and rested on her back.

Her makeup was done warm under tone with a beautiful brown peach colored lipstick to add color. She was beautiful at the end of the day as always.
