The decision to share Operation Ragnarök's operation with the allied countries was made at the cabinet meeting. Expecting a visit by Cielia, Asada returned to Mu. Before that, he visited the Mirishial Foreign Ministry with documents.

The meeting of the Four Nations Alliance was scheduled to take place in Runepolis, the capital of Mirishial, by a process of elimination, considering that even Mu's capital was not safe from air raids, Japan was too far, and the Kingdom of Emor was inconvenient.

At the meeting, Asada disclosed the results of Operation Ragnarök.

"In this way, the government of the Gra Valkas Empire is in a state of dysfunction, and the reconstruction of the capital is progressing slowly. Naturally, logistics are also in disarray, and it is believed that the supply has been cut off. Gra Valkas seems to be attempting to resolve this situation through diplomacy rather than military means."

The first to react was General Hokugou of the Muish army.

"In that case, we should launch an offensive to make diplomatic negotiations more favorable."

It was a natural reaction for Mu, which shared a border with the enemy. If possible, they wanted to drive the Gra Valkan forces out of the Mu Continent. It might be possible now that the supply lines have been cut off. But someone who couldn't read the room dampened the enthusiasm.

"But the Gra Valkans are probably accumulating supplies, too. Attacking recklessly will only result in losses."

What Mitsugi said might not be wrong, but there is a way to say things. Asada thought so and kicked Mitsugi's leg under the table. He snapped up to look at Asada with shock, but he quickly understood Asada's intention.

"First, we'll conduct a forced reconnaissance from the air to investigate the supply accumulation points, and then we'll destroy them with airstrikes. Of course, the enemy will launch interceptor aircraft, but with the current cooperation between the Muish and the Japanese Air Self-Defense Force, we can repel them. If they waste aviation fuel, it would actually be helpful for us. The army's advance can come later."

Mitsugi hurriedly tried to cover up.

"As for the details of the counteroffensive operation in the Mu Continent, we will consider that later. Is there any opposition to conducting the operation itself?"

Asada asked the representatives of each country. There was no opposition, but Liage, the Mirishial chief diplomat, raised a question.

"I want to confirm this because it relates to future diplomatic negotiations. Is it correct to understand that the minimum condition for peace with Gra Valkas is their exclusion from the Second Civilization Area?"

"We would like to see more than that, but that's correct for the minimum condition," affirmed Ambassador Mouge of Mu.

"If Mu agrees, we have no objections," said the Diplomat Moriaul.

"We also respect Mu's intentions," Asada added.

"We believe that this is not enough."

Liage surprisingly gave a denial.

"It seems you all have forgotten about the Irnetia and Paganda islands. Those islands are outside the civilization areas but close to the Mu Continent. If handed over to Gra Valkas, they could become a foothold for the counterattack on the Mu Continent. We should expel them not only from the Second Civilization Area but also from these two islands," Liage stated, making Asada recall Mirishial's offer to support Irnetia.

Japan had approached Mirishial and Mu proposing support for Irnetia. While Japan considered Mu as the primary target, strong domestic political opinions within Mu prioritized homeland defense, preventing the realization of the plan. In the meantime, Mirishial stepped forward.
