It was a pretty hard time for them both.
It had been a couple days, and the only contact between the two was Donghyuck checking up on her, and her replying extremely dryly. She didn't know why, but she felt like she was sort of scared to talk about everything.
It wasn't just the incident that happened a few days prior, it was everything in general. With being public and the attention she'd been getting it's been harder for her to maintain her stable life, and instead she felt extremely emotional and uncomfortable most of the time.
The comments she'd been getting weren't even human and the way people approached her and spoke to her was something she wasn't expecting. Honestly, she wished she didn't tell Donghyuck she was ready, she wished she'd waited a bit.
But with the way everyone was started to suspect them, even if they decided to wait, it seemed like they would've been exposed anyways.
She felt extremely uneasy about having a conversation about everything with Donghyuck, and she felt like he wouldn't listen to her fully if they even did.
She didn't mean to avoid him, all she wanted was to wait until both of them were ready to talk calmly, and understand each other.
She wasn't putting the full blame on Donghyuck. Yes, she was more calm and tried to talk calmly and sort it out, but she did start to get agitated, and started to raise her voice as well. Adding more fuel to the already burning fire.
She was grateful they were both busy with their own things, preventing each other from running into each other at the company.
