The kinda feeling you miss
I don't like it
Not one bit
Because when I think of you
It makes me reminisce
Of the good old days,
Where you were here
Next to me
I place my hand
On your heart
And hope to God,
That I'll never lose you
Please don't cry,
I'm sure that another day will
Bring us joy
And then you'll never be sad again
I'm sorry that the world has been cruel to you
That was never my intention
I try to keep you away from people
But I'm imperfect
But still perfect enough to keep you
Please don't make the same
mistake
Because if you do
You'll never bounce back from it
Longing you hasn't been easy
Because I know
You've moved on
You've found someone better
And that's great and all,
But I wish things never changed
It's inevitable, I know
But it still breaks my heart.
