                                              Dear Diane. 
I think that someone watches me when I sleep. Maybe I'm crazy, but I swore when I woke up that someone was there, just for a moment. I blinked and they were gone. I live alone, so maybe it's that weird void between being asleep and awake? The nightmare was the same. 
Maybe I should bring this up to my therapist? I don't know.
