Dear Diane,
Waking up in the middle of the night has been hell on my sleep schedule. That is (apparently) very bad for a healthy and happy mind, according to my therapist. We just had a session, and while writing these letters is a good idea, and I am doing a good job, he said to try to put more "effort" into them. Maybe write out my day and categorize the times I panic and why.
I'll try again tomorrow. Maybe approach this whole journaling thing differently.
Back to work I go.
Sincerely, Diane.
