she distinctly remembers a new girl moving into town.
she remembers seeing her the next year in school when you sit down beside her in class. you don't think she notices the way you cast her side glances.
she remembers how you've broken up with the other girl during summer, and now was her chance.
she remembers the way you two start hanging out together more and more. it starts from sharing classes to walking her to her next class to eating lunch together to leaving school side by side.
she remembers her being short.
she remembers going home and crying.
when will her chance come? she just wants to be happy. is that too much to ask for?
now ー now she's done.
she's done and there's no way going back.
