"hi chan, i'm yeseul," she greeted.

"i know," he mumbled, pointing at her name tag. she looked at it and nodded.

"have you worked in a store before?"

"six."

she paused. "that's a lot."

"yeah."

"so you know how to work here?"

"yeah."

"then you don't need training," she sighed in relief. "i guess we're just sharing shifts."

"i'll take over," he said. "i have to leave early, so you work then."

yeseul nodded, moving so chan could stand in her spot. the more she looked at him, the more questions she had.
