When we were little,
I caged my panther cause she was still so brittle,
Yet you freed your bird so she could run and play.
You thought you were ever so strong to leave me in dismay,
But little did you know what the future held.
You left me too often feeling impelled,
But I still would not let my panther out.
All you ever did was shout,
But Your bird had no real power over me,
My panther felt your weakness and longed to be free.
One day, when we were much older,
I decided to take my panther out and hold her,
But she was much to big and you were much too loud,
She roared at your little bird who took off to the clouds.
My Predator went back in her cage and put my roar at bay,
Your bird came back and locked herself away,
That day you learned something about me,
You discovered my panther and just how strong she could be.

My Predator went back in her cage and put my roar at bay,Your bird came back and locked herself away,That day you learned something about me,You discovered my panther and just how strong she could be
