An Ancient Past Life

Dakota's POV:
I woke up to the sound of light banging on the door.
I turned my phone on to see what time it was.

4:30am.
I groaned as I got out of bed.

I opened the door to Ash.
Only it wasn't the same Ash that left the hotel room.

"Ash?" I asked confused.
"I'm Anck-Su-Namun" she said, tapping her fingers on the door frame.

"Umm what?" I asked.
"I'm just fucking with you" she said, laughing a bit.

"Oh okay" I said
"Have you ever watched The Mummy series?" She asked, taking off her shirt.

"No I haven't" I said, looking the opposite way of her while my cheeks felt like they were heating up a bit.
"Well, we're watching it now" she said as she took my hand and sat on the bed.

"How? We don't even ha-" I paused, "you have it on your laptop, don't you?" I asked, seeing her take out her laptop.
"Yup. I just need an extension cord to connect it the tv" she said.

"I don't have one, but I think Zak does" I said.
She got off the bed and walked over to the door and placed a chair in between the door.

"I'll be right back" she said and then climbed over the chair and left.
I got off the bed and walked over her laptop that was on the floor.

I was about to open her laptop when I was pretty much thrown 5 feet away.
I looked up to see Ash standing there with fire in her eyes and her hands in fists.

"As-"
"DON'T TOUCH MY STUFF!" She yelled.

She rushed towards me, grabbed me around my neck and slammed me against the wall.
"What the fu-" a voice sounded.

"Ash, What the hell are you doing to Dakota?!"
I turned my head slightly to see who it was and was thankful that it was Zak.

"Put him down, now!" He somewhat yelled.
Her grip just got tighter around my neck causing my air ways to start to close a little.

"Put him down or I'll send you back to hell" he paused, "in Egypt"
She let go of me and I fell to the floor, gasping for air.

"What the fuck was that? Why did you say you would send her back to hell in Egypt? Who was that? Cause it sure as hell wasn't Ash" I said, panicking a little.
"Look, there's something's that you don't know about Ash" Zak said

He started to walk away, but I grabbed his arm, stopping him
"What kind of things?" I asked.

"She's living in her past life with her present self" he said.
"What does that even mean?!" I yelled

"It means that, that was Ash but not during this era. That was a different version of Ash...a version from ancient Egypt" he said
He turned around and left the room.

*next morning*

I didn't sleep very well last night.
All I kept thinking about was what Zak told me.

I spent pretty much the entire night researching ancient Egypt.
After getting no answers, I decided to watch The Mummy movie series.

That answered all my questions....except for two.
Who was past life Ash and what did she want with present Ash?
