Don't Hold Back

After the alien invasion Barry and Oliver was just about to leave the bar where they had had a few drinks when Kara walked through the door. And judged by the way she was dressed up it was definitely no coincidence. She looked completely transformed since she left to go back to her earth earlier that day. Her hair was no longer in a ponytail it was falling in golden waves over her back and shoulders. She wore what was possibly the sexiest dress Oliver had ever seen. A deep blue silk dress that fitted her curves perfectly and it also revealed most of her legs and she wore high heels in matching deep blue color. They barely even recognized her because she had even skipped her glasses.
Oliver couldn't take his eyes of her as she approached them at the bar. When she was standing next to them she pulled Oliver's drink out of his hand and finished it. He was too speechless to say or do anything. He just stared at her with his mouth wide open.
"Who are you and what have you done to Kara Danvers?" Barry asked with a short laugh. He was also staring at her but not in the same way Oliver was.
"Wow... you look..." Oliver stuttered and he felt more flustered than he had felt in a long time. Kara giggled nervously. She wasn't used to wearing the kind of clothes she currently did and she was definitely not used to having anyone look at her the way Oliver did. As if he wanted to devour her right here in the bar. He was so far from Kara's type and she barely even knew him, but maybe that's why she felt such a rush because she had never done a one-night-stand ever before. And she wasn't totally sure why she agreed to this. But suddenly she remembered she hadn't answered Barry's question.
"Well you texted me and told me to dress up and come back..." she said and Oliver glared at Barry as if he was crazy. "Why would you do that?" he asked. Barry couldn't help but smile. Then Oliver turned towards Kara again.
"Sorry, but it seems like we've been set up and I don't do set ups." Oliver said and Kara looked a bit bummed. She had no idea why, it should honestly be a relief. Then Oliver turned towards Barry again. "And I'm perfectly capable of finding my own dates, Barry. I don't need your help." he said frustratedly and it made Barry scoff. "Really, Ollie? You and Felicity broke up like ages ago and you still haven't been on a date ever since." Barry said and Oliver sighed in frustration as if he was angry. He wasn't exactly angry, only distant because he didn't want to admit that he found Kara beautiful. Their conversation started to make Kara feeling a little uncomfortable. Was she really that awful? Or was Oliver just being distant because he actually liked her?
"And why do you care about my love life?" Oliver asked and Barry couldn't help but blush. It's been obvious to most people that he's been having a secret crush on Oliver since forever, but he would never admit that to anyone. Ever. Instead he kept hoping that Oliver would find his own Iris so it would get easier to finally get over him. Thankfully Kara saved him from embarrassment.
"I guess I should probably just head back to my Earth then..." Kara said and started walking away. Oliver sighed and then he stood up and reached out and grabbed her wrist. "Wait... what kind of idiot would I be if I let you leave looking like that?" he said and looked her up and down again. Kara blushed and smiled nervously.
"And my work here is done... have fun." Barry said with a teasing smile before he ran off. As soon as he'd left Oliver let go of Kara's wrist.
"So what do you want to do...?" Kara asked and blushed again. She looked down at the floor to avoid Oliver's stern gaze. He reached out and brushed his fingers against her blushing cheek. His touch made her heart race. "How about this...?" he asked and leaned in and brushed his lips against hers. Her lips were just as soft as he'd imagined and they tasted sweet raspberries from her lipgloss. She returned the kiss even though she was hesitant at first because she was nervous. When she kissed him back, he made her open her mouth further and he slipped his tongue into her mouth. The kiss got more passionate and he couldn't help but drive his fingers into her blonde curls and pull her closer against his body. Kara wrapped her arms around his neck carefully to avoid squeezing him unconscious while she deepened the kiss even further.
When their lips parted they both sighed and looked into each other's eyes for a few seconds. Oliver's blue eyes were glowing with a hunger that Kara had never seen. Her hands were shaking when she pulled out the device Cisco had given her and opened up a portal to her earth. Then she grabbed Oliver and suddenly they were standing in her apartment in National City.
