I never stopped.

I kept aiming and shooting while they ran for cover and surprisingly, I managed to shot and kill about half of them, even after I missed a couple of times.

And thankfully, me killing half of Lorenzo's men made it a lot easier for Jaxon, and in less than ten minutes, they either fell dead or injured to the ground.

Yes, I was shaking after I was done and felt terrified since it's my first time doing this but at the same time I was happy that I managed to push past my fears and actually help this time.

I dropped the gun to the floor of the yacht and sigh in relief when I saw him finally stood up and began to quickly make his way over to me.., but he wasn't alone.

Walking beside him was a man, who looked around his early 50s, with a gun also in his hands.

I quickly ran to the door and opened it once they were almost at the door and was immediately pulled into a hug by Jaxon.

I wrapped my hands around his neck and held him really tight, afraid that I'll lose him, and we stood there for a minute or so, just hugging each other.

When we finally pulled away, he gently grabs my face with his arms and caresses it.

"Are you okay?" he asked, his voice filled with concern but if anything, I should be the one to ask him that.

"Yes. How about you? Have you been shot again? Are you hurt?" My eyes scanned his body for any injuries and he answers with a 'no'.

"I'm okay but really though, are you okay?... I know how it feels...especially when it's your first time..."Yes, he had once again figured out that deep down inside, I wasn't okay...at all. Not after killing about five people...

"Come on" he releases my face and takes my hands.

I followed right beside him as he walks me towards a metal door. Opening it, he let me enter first before he came in and as the door closes, I say the man, that was with him, closed the door of the yacht, and walked towards the front of it.

Confused as to who he was, I turned to Jaxon with a frown on my face. "Who's that man that came with you?"

He looks at me with a frown on his face for a second before it was replaced with a neutral one. "Oh! That's my friend James. When I was on vacation, I would normally hire him to drive this yacht, so you can say he's the captain of this yacht."
