"This disguise is absurd." Sakura whined.

Kakashi had insisted that they were to be under a Henge Jutsu, with high hopes that any Byakugan wielder was not around to notice their disguise. Their henge was in the form of an old married couple that Kakashi and Sakura had ever came across with on one of their missions at the Cha no Kuni; land of tea.

"Sakura-Chan." Kakashi whispered as he looked at her, "Do you really want Tsunade-Sama to catch the two of us; breaking the rule? She will kill us in a single blow."

Sakura huffed in annoyance as Kakashi offered his arm to her, she looped her arm around his and walked silently next to him. Even though Kakashi looked different; he smelled just the same. A spicy scent that consisted mainly of frankincense and myrrh. It could be the aftershave that he uses in the morning. Sakura recalled him exclaiming that he shaved that morning. It was a comforting scent, she remembered how this was the same scent that she could smell whenever they were together on missions that required them to spend nights out together. Despite his laid-back appearance; Kakashi looked after his personal hygiene, well. He hardly smelled bad, his freshly laundered clothes that he packed for missions were usually neatly pressed.

Sakura inhaled his scent as she leaned against his shoulder, this perhaps took the silver-haired nin by surprise as he questioned the pinkette, "Sakura?"

"You are right. I don't want to get killed by Shishiou. So I am playing my part well. Where are we eating?" Sakura asked him gently, her head still resting against his arm.

"Matsumoto. Ever been there for lunch before? Their Dobin Mushi is to die for." Kakashi explained as he walked calmly next to her, leading the way.

They passed by a few alleys until the quaint kissaten was in sight. Sakura had literally no idea that this kissaten existed until Kakashi brought her here. Matsumoto's cavernous kissaten was a dark, comforting space – an embodiment of a place out of time, a place to rest without consequence. The air was thick with the aroma of roasted coffee beans and a trail of smoke lingers from the end of a burnt-out cigarette. It was not exactly noticeable if one would have passed it without actually reading the faint worn-out wooden signage, indicating that it was a café.

"This place serves dobin mushi?" Sakura's asked Kakashi sceptically, Kissaten usually serve coffee and other hip western influenced type of food. Dobin mushi was not exactly a "hip" food to begin with.

"Oh hello there! What a lovely couple you are! Let me get you a table." A middle aged men greeted them and brought them to a cosy corner of the cafe. "I heard you were asking your husband about our specialty; Dobin Mushi. We do serve that here, would you like to try it?"

"Yes please." Sakura replied warmly as she sat herself down on the snug seat. The kissaten was extremely cozy and comfortable.

Food came in no time, the Dobin Mushi was extremely delicious. The soup was an ethereal and aromatic treat. The last time Sakura had this dish was when they were in their early teens, Kakashi brought them to an onsen as a treat after a successful mission (they found out much later that it was a treat from the mission's client- not from HIM). The onsen served glorious Japanese traditional food which included the Dobin Mushi.

Sakura blushed at that very memory, she took a quick glance towards her ex-Sensei who was savouring his soup and engaging in a hearty conversation with the barista.

That mission was the very day when he had accidentally stepped over the boundaries with her and she was certain he had no recollection of what had happened. He was completely drunk after all. In his drunken state, Kakashi made a huge mess at their shared living space at the onsen. Naturally, Sasuke and Naruto had to clean up the place while she was tasked to find their insufferable drunk-teacher. Sakura managed to track him down somewhere at a nearby waterfall.

He was still wearing the onsen robe as he sat on the branch of a tree; admiring the waterfall while sipping his sake.

"There you are SENSEI!" Sakura barked as she climbed up the branch and stood next to him, "You made a HORRIBLE mess in the room and the boys are cleaning YOUR mess up. Let's get YOU back before you create yet ANOTHER damage." Sakura was about to pull his hand but he did something peculiar that night.

He made a quick circular kick to her feet causing her to fall down, before she did fall on her bum, Kakashi caught her effortlessly as he threw his sake bottle and cup aside. She was now resting on his lap.

"Do you know the three levels of kiss, Sakura-Chan?" Kakashi asked her drunkenly.

"N-no.." Sakura stammered, she had never seen Kakashi quite like that. Face all flushed, eyes unfocused.

"This is the Naruto kiss." Kakashi explained as he kissed her forehead through his mask.

Sakura was stunned, she could not move from where she was positioned at. She was about to push him off before he ordered her to close her eyes.

Sakura did not even know why she listened, but she did anyway, her eyes were closed firmly shut as she felt his breath linger near her mouth, "This is the Sasuke kiss." And he kissed her on her lips through his mask.

Sakura knew he was drunk and not in control of his actions, however before she could even attempt to stop him, he had somehow covered her eyes with the palm of his hand and shoved his naked mouth right into hers. His kiss was pure bliss, the taste of sake was still strong in his tongue as he pushed it deep into her mouth. Sakura was captivated by the feeling, she had no idea what to do, how to react or what to even say, before she could do ANYTHING, their lips parted as Kakashi backed away from her. Sakura did not even manage to get a glimpse of his mask less face for he had lifted his damn mask to cover the lower part of his face and he spoke, "That was the highest level of all; the Kakashi kiss."

Sakura stayed there, in that position, looking perplexed. That was Sakura's FIRST kiss. It was taken away by a stupid DRUNK man. At that very thought, she became agitated, her hands had turned into fists. She stood up quickly and shoved her Sensei into the waterfall. The immediate plunge in temperature as he fell into the water must have sobered him up a little as Kakashi coughed out and yelled, "HOW THE HELL DID I END UP HERE?!"

Sakura left him to drown for all she cared and walked away from the branch.

Sakura sighed as she thought of that day. Eating the Dobin Mushi was not such a good idea after all. It reminded her of the day that she desperately wanted to forget.
