{Chapter 25} New shifting routine!

Okay, so here's my new shifting routine. 😫✋

1. I clean up some things in my room until I'm annoyed. (That happens after 5 seconds)

2. I act like I'm already in my dr😀

"Hi Snape, whatcha doing?"
*no response*
"You stupid ass bi-"

3. I listen to some music that reminds me of my dr.
(For the people who remember the chapter, 34+35)

4. I pick out a subliminal/slytherin ambience/hogwarts ambience on YouTube.

5. I scroll through those comments to feel a bit more motivated and ready to shift.

6. I plug in my earphones/girl IDKDKDK

7. I lay down in a position.
(The position from chapter 13)

8. I've been using the raven+julia method lately, it's easy and very effective to me.

9. Then when I'm done I keep repeating affirmations until I fall asleep (and shift ofc).
