I've never saw someone claiming that they made a method like this, I honestly came up with it myself, so yeah, credits for me? HAHAHAHHA IDK AHAHHAHA

1. You can meditate, it's NOT necessary.

2. Turn on a "car driving" video (I use this 1:)

3. Relax, lay in a comfy position (I lay in the position which I showed y'all in chapter 13!)

4. Imagine yourself, sitting/laying down in the car, driving to your destination. To your desired reality.

5. Look out of your window, how does it look like? What is the weather like?

6. Repeat affirmations (2 examples: I'm in my desired reality, I successfully shifted)

7. Imagine that the driver is a character from your desired reality.
Start a conversation with them.
How do they look like? Where are y'all talking about?

8. Imagine yourself arriving at your destination, and walk out of the car.

9. You shifted! You can now fall asleep while repeating affirmations and visualising/visualizing.

Yes I shifted twice with this method.
