So.You basically just lay tf down and don't move, you do a method or just keep repeating affirmations+visualizing and maybe feel some symptoms.
REMINDER: SYMPTOMS AREN'T NECESSARY TO SHIFT
Then if you do an asleep shitty thing just fall asleep while you're still visualizing+repeating affirmations, and you should wake up in your desired reality.
If you do a non sleep method just wait until you ACTUALLY FEEL that you're in your desired reality, or script that your eyes automatically open once you successfully shifted (I recommend doing the last 1).
