THIS MORNING was hectic to say the least for kaila. chris was the lucky one today to have a day off. although she enjoyed her day off yesterday with issie, she wished she slept all day. starting this sunday off with a model session for shein, it was fun for her even if her mood had been damp since yesterday. but on the brighter side, drivers license had been extremely well. topping charts everywhere and just this morning, it hit number one on billboard. chris was so happy for her that he literally bought her a three tiered purple ombré cake. just like her single cover. obviously they have so much cake left.

ONCE THE SHOOT was done, kaila drove home where chris was sleeping on the couch with dodger at his feet. and once it was done, she insisted to keep the green makeup on. once she entered the house, she grabbed a pillow and threw it at her sleeping brother.

"gah!"

kaila was cackling with laughter. "come on, sleepy head. i have to do some "zoom" interviews and i would love to have my beautifully designed living space as my background.

"alright, alright i'll leave you alone. i'm eating lunch with seb anyway. i'll tell him you say hi." he said, while leaving to get changed

kaila evans reveals the importance of mental health in interviews of her new and world-breaking hit "drivers license"

"i always tried to tell myself that it's okay to cry and i did exactly that. at that point in time where i was, i don't know, grieving? i just let my tears fall and it was like second nature since i did it so much. it got so bad where i didn't even eat, there were times where i'd check my sleep tracker on my apple watch and realize that i didn't even sleep for five nights straight.," kaila evans expresses. "i didn't know that was what depression felt like. i didn't realize that what was happening to me was depression symptoms. i didn't have exactly depression, but from what the therapist i hired said, 'you have the symptoms, especially with your broken heart'.

questions moved forward ranging from who the song was about, but evans quickly shut down rumors about who it is directed toward. she really emphasized what she went through and how important it is to find a silver lining in everything.

"it never really mattered who it was about for me. this song was for me to take the heavy weight of unsaid feelings off my shoulders. but as well as the feeling of being lead on with mixed signals. the ending was not what i wanted out of the 'relationship'. but i'm glad i had people surrounding me who were great influences that helped me get out of the rut of sadness."

kaila evans was very candid and hopefully there will be a time where she can drive through the suburbs with her lover. not crying but laughing. go listen to kaila evans' song "driver's license".
