Once again, it was the mystery twins' birthday, they were turning 15. But something was off about the day. After a few hours of partying, it was time to have the cake. 

“That looks so nice!” Mabel exclaimed when she saw the cake. It was covered in sweets and a bunch of sprinkles. Mostly yellow, pink and blue. 

“I agree, i'm not usually one for a bunch of sweet things but that cake looks awesome!” Dipper exclaimed.

“I stole it,” Stan said, smirking. But everyone knew he hadn't. 

“Stanley” Ford sighed. “We baked it last night,” Ford said. 

“Oh, come on! You ruined my joke!” stan pouted, which looked really weird. Ford placed the cake on the table in front of them. Everyone sang happy birthday. The twins just stood there. 

“Blow out the candles you too” stan said, “1, 2, 3” and Dippers and mabel blew the candles out. But before anything else could happen, the twins were engulfed in a bright light. No one knew what was going on. Ford had pulled his gun out, thinking it was something to do with Bill cipher, but the twins seemed fine in the light. After 2 minutes of the twins being in the light. It vanished, and so did the twins. Everyone began to panic.

“Where are they!” Stan yelled. 

“I don't know Stanley,'' Ford said, he shoved his gun back in his pocket frustratedly. “I don’t know” Wendy quickly clambered onto the porch which was being used as a stage. 

“we have to find them! Whatever took them will pay!” Wendy yelled. All the other zodiacs came on to the stage as well. 

“There our best friends, we have to save them” pacifica said. 

“Yeah!” 

“But how? We don't know where they are” someone from the crowd yelled. Wendy once again took the responsibility of helping with that.

“Half of you go to the forest, the other half search the town!” she yelled, mostly everyone went to search for the twins. 

Whilst that all unfolded in the human world, Dipper and Mabel found out a lot of things. One, that they were demons. Two that they were royalty and three that they had been stolen by their apparent parents. The twins also found out that they weren't really Dipper and mabel, but were Alcor and Mizar Star. After a few weeks of getting used to their new powers and new appearances,  they were sent straight to a magic school so they could learn how to do stuff with their magic and become the next rulers of the demon realm. Alcor didn't really like the idea at first, it reminded him of Bill. At the school, Mizar made a lot of new friends. Alcor was still very paranoid after weirdmageddon and all the shit with demons over that summer, but over time he also made a lot of friends. After 7 months of their new living arrangements, their parents unfortunately died. So the twins became the new rulers, with help from a counsel. The week before their birthday, the twins went to visit stan and Ford. They spent the whole week there until their birthday. Ford was very distant but eventually he grew used to the twins' new looks. And so over the next 2 years, the twins would often visit gravity falls as often as they could. They were now 17. 

“King Alcor and Queen Mizar,” one of the top guards said. 

“Yeah?” Mizar asked, the twins were sitting on their thrones. Mizar’s was pink and covered in glitter and Alcor’s was black and blue. 

“One of the prisoners' sentences is over, we were wondering if you want to extend the time?” he asked. The twins looked at eachother.

“Bring him to us, then we will decide.” Alcor said. The guard did not move “now if you don't mind” the guard pressed something on his hand and spoke into it.
