There was a lady who was frequently getting a silent call on her landline on a regular basis. The call always went on like:
Lady: "Hello?"
Caller: ..........
Lady: "Hello???"
Caller: ..........
Other days she just used to ignore at this point and cut the call but one day she shouted into her phone, "Cut it off!" This time, she got a response. It was a muffled voice that said "...I will kill you..." At this point, she was terrified and complained to the police.
After listening to her, the police set up a tracing system on her phone to track the caller. The next day, she got the call. She gingerly picked up the call and said out, "hello...?" The response was the same, "...I will kill you..."
Just then, her mobile started to ring. It was from the police. "Get out of the house now!" The police exclaimed as she picked up. "huh...?"
"The tracker showed that the caller is hiding in your basement!"
