My friend, Ami chan told me about this. Ami chan used to go to her house in rural area every summer vacation. It was old but very big house. She used to play hide and seek, picking insects and such with her younger brother.
One day, they were playing hide and seek like any other days. Ami chan was seeker and her brother went to hide. She was searching for her brother for very long but she was not able to find him. He was a coward so usually he would be hiding in easier place to find but 10 minutes had passed but there was no sign of him in any noticeable places.
She opened cupboard, and surprisingly she found her brother crouched there even though he was scared of dark places. "I found you, come out," she called out for him but he didn't budge and wasn't coming out. She grabbed his hand and tried to pull him out. He still wasn't coming out, instead, he was pulling her in.
Just when she was about to scold him,
"Sister, what happened?" she heard her brother say from behind. She turned back to see his brother almost crying. Just then, the person inside cupboard left her hand. She saw inside the cupboard, but there was no one anymore.
Her brother was worried as she didn't find him for long so he came searching for her instead.
But even after this incident, they didn't stop playing hide and seek.
