After the detectives had left the room, Madison found it in her best interest to try and take the opportunity and escape.
Antonio had altered the handcuffs loosely and with Madisons slender body her hand slid out of them with force. The door was left open since they left in a hurry and not thinking anything would happen. Madi remembered there was a back way to the building where she had come into this time she was arrested because they didn't want anyone knowing since she was a minor.
She saw that everyone was at their desks, minding their own business as she snuck pass the door and down the stairs where she could then get out from the side door.
She got through the door with the cold breeze hitting her face and the light shining in her eyes. Madi then broke into a run and didn't stop until she reached her friends house.
She couldn't go back to her own apartment yet because she didn't know if her mom knew or not.
