All gasped hearing Rishab followed by another minute of silence.
" What did you say? " Gaurav was the first one to ask after coming out of the shock
" Yes... Rishitha is the daughter of Adhiraj and Mayura " Rishab said.
" Actually... At the time of accident when someone threw Reyaansh out of the bus, Riya wanted to get hold of Reyaansh but couldn't because before she could reach him people gathered around him and to Rishitha's bad luck... Riya got hold of Rishitha. " Rishab cried
" Riya... She... Initially wanted to kill her but didn't. She then started treating Rishitha harshly because she is Adhiraj's daughter. Riya manhandled Rishitha. She crushed her self confidence. She implanted many insecurities in Rishitha's mind. I... tried to stop her but couldn't. Because I was blind in Riya's love. I thought she would change with time. But she didn't. " Rishab cried and said each and everything Riya did to Rishitha
" And... And almost a month back Riya fixed Rishitha's marriage with someone almost 15 years older than her who is also your enemy. Riya wanted Rishitha to get married to that man and make her stand infront of you as your daughter there by completing her revenge" he said
" She wanted to send your daughter in to a hell like family and laugh at you whenever you both would cry seeing her tears. But by god's grace that didn't happened. She got married to Saaransh " Rishabh smiled a little
" Since the moment I saw Reyaansh I knew he is your son and when Saaransh said that he loves Rishitha I said yes because she would be safe and happy here in this family. I was little shocked when I got to know about Reyaansh being married but I didn't give it much thought. I just want my daughter to get away from that hell " he said
" It's me who suggested Saaransh and Rishitha's marriage and it's me who asked Reyaansh and Saanvi to do Rishitha's kanyadaan because after her parents it's her bhai and bhabhi's right " he said
" After marriage I wanted to tell everything to Rishitha but couldn't. I somehow said to her that Riya and I are not her real parents because I doesn't want her to cry remembering us especially Riya. After that I want to tell her about you all I but couldn't come here because I was busy in keeping an eye on Riya as she has literally become mad and was reacting violently since the moment Rishitha got married. But... But I failed in doing so. " Rishabh shook his head
" She got successful in whatever she wants to do. It's Riya who send Saanvi and Reyaansh's pictures to you and your family photos to Saanvi " Rishab said with tears.
All widened their eyes hearing that.
" It's all my fault. I shouldn't have married her and give her everything. It's my fault that I covered all the evidences against Riya because I doesn't want to loose her. It's my fault that I thought she would change but she didn't. It's my fault that I stayed silent all these years... " Rishab cried folding his hands infront of Adhiraj
