Arab Grandmothers

When you go to your grandparents' house with a full stomach, yet go home with an ultra full stomach and money in your pocket-until your mom figures out that money was from your grandmother-all hell breaks loose then.

It goes all like: "WALeK WHY DID YOU TAKE THE MONEY?!"

"Because I couldn't say no, Mama. That would be rude."

"IT'S RUDE TO EVEN DARE TO THINK OF TAKING IT, LET ALONE ACTUALLY TAKING IT."

But all that is usually in Arabic.

Like calm down. It isn't the end of the world. :) (Fake smile).
