(Every single letter in Arabic has a "power" depending on its pronunciation. Some letters are soft (like ب and ف) while others are rough (like the throat letter ع and ض). Because of this, their original order are settled by their powers. All letters have been placed in words so it can become easier for people to memorize the order of the levels. For example, أ is the lowest level of pronunciation, so it's the very first letter. غ has the highest level of pronunciation, so it's the last letter).
