It was the day before my 12th birthday and I had just gotten my period.
I had immediately went to my mother and of course since it was a personal subject.....she told my father.
After I left my mother's room after she finished explaining and stuff I went to my bedroom. My younger sister came in giggling and I had asked her what was funny and she told me my father had went to the dinner table where my brothers and her were and announced that I had gotten my period.
Then my father came into the bedroom and my sister left.
He hugged me, saying I was a woman now and stuff like that.
I was literally staring at the floor the rest of the day asking it why it didn't swallow me up.

Warning- Minature Rant
UGHHHHHH PARENTS AND THEIR PERIOD PRAISE....it's not like we want to get praised for getting our periods. Our parents should actually be sympathetic for us, instead of this next scenario...
Me: *rolling all over my bed punching my stomach *
*Dad comes in my room without knocking. Coz parents don't know that there is this thing, called PRIVACY.
Dad: It's not like your dying, stop being such a drama queen.
Me:UGH PISS OFF! YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS LIKE!!!

Update might be slow for the next 2 weeks coz I am going on holiday, which involves going on a plane....YIKES 😁😳
