After I am sure that the sticky gross liquid are removed, and I am clean as a newborn, I went out and greet my parents and sibling a beautiful morning. I told them that I am now fine and apologize at them for making them worry. I also told them about Lily, they were shocked at first since we all knew that there is no salvation to Lily's life but happy at the same time since she was now fine and full of health.

Lily is easy to be familiar with my family and I was happy for that, I thought she'll feel awkward or something since she thought humans are 'dumb creature'.

After our breakfast, I and Lily visit the garden since she told me that meditating the mana when your near the nature was better than in closed place since mana is not just an energy but a blessing from the Ygdrassil. It is part of the nature.

Just like yesterday, I crossed sit and meditate the mana flow in my body, converting it on my own base mana.

She told me that there was two parts of mana base. Just like what human knows (not the name), the inner and outer mana base. When you say inner mana base, it was a mana energy that mage use to create a magic spell while the outer mana base was a physical force of an individual. Humans didn't know that it was called outer mana base but humans called it physical power which mostly knights, swordman, warriors used to fight.

Lily told me that as a certain individual can only cultivate one of the two mana base, either inner mana base or outer mana base. I was disappointed about this since I want to learn both archery and magic, and archery needed outer mana base to fire an arrow but I can't be greedy. I should be satisfy on what I can have since I learned I can now expand my mana capacity.

But what makes me pleased that when Lily checked my pulse, she found out that I can learn both but it does not makes me powerful or something but it makes me hard to cultivate, slower than other individual since I need to balance the two when I cultivate if I want to raise my mana base level [a/n: I plan to make it mana base rank but since my story was not like c-novels, I changed it to level haha so it won't sound cultivation rank, lol].

The inner mana base level are named followed by rainbow colors since when an individual person started to chant a spell, there wand or hand, will show a certain color of your own level before the final magic fire. Red was the basic, then orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet/purple, and the highest level that was only in legend are black gold.

The outer mana base was different since it is the hardest mana base to cultivate, not only you need power force but experience and practice before you can raise the level. The color will show in the body glow when using the outer base mana such copper the basic, followed by bronze, silver, gold, and black gold as the legend base level.

If you want to compare the power of the two mana base individual; copper base level are comparable to red mage, orange and yellow mage comparable to bronze base level, blue and indigo mage is comparable to silver mage, while purple mage is comparable to gold base level, and both black gold mage and base level are comparable in power of mana base level that was only seen in legend story.

And when I heard that it will make my mana base slower since I need to balance the two, my heart sank at the bottom of the ocean. WOW. I am really an OP-joke main character *cry like a faucet and curl like a ball in the corner*

I asked Lily what is the use of affinity if there is so-called mana base.

[The more you are near in a certain place with more of your elemental attribute, the faster an individual can recover from mana exhaustion and faster in absorbing mana energy]

"How about magic spell? What's the connection of the two?"

[Lily don't know how humans comprehend the attribute of a certain person but Lily is sure that it doesn't mean that your water elemental mage it means you can't use other elements]

"Really?" My eyes brighten when I heard this

She nodded [Yes. That was called borrowed nature]

"Barrowed nature. Sounds ahh... plain?"

[Huh? Lily don't understand what Celine mean but it is called barrowed nature since an individual who doesn't have that affinity but used in magic was all barrowed from nature itself. Element is part of nature just like mana and you have no affinity in that element but you need to use that element, so it will be called barrowed nature. Only faes (fairy and pixie), elves, and dragons knew about barrowed nature since this three races are the only intimate race with our fairy princess, who were the creator of barrowed nature spell]

"Okaaaaaay. Then how do you use the 'borrowed nature'?"

[Close Celine's eyes and feel the mana. If Celine remembered, Celine can only absorb those blue light since they're Celine affinity, the water element, right?]

I nodded, "Yes. And when I tried to touch the other color, my consciousness felt like I was sting and got numb so I stop by absorbing my non-element affinity"

Lily jump by happiness since I can understand her explanation *rolled eyes*

[To touch those element Celine want to borrow, Celine need the help of Celine elemental affinity. Use the water elements and control it to cover Celine consciousness before Celine can touch other elements. After Celine do that, imagine the magic Celine want to cast]

"Imagine?"

[Hai! The secret of creating a spell is not by words or loud/gentle voice of a certain spell but by imagining the magic. IMAGINATION is MAGIC]

After she said that, I imagine a small fire in my hand and when I open my eyes, there really is a fire in my hand. It felt hot like a real fire (well, technically it is a real fire) but it felt warm in my touch.

But the energy I accumulated overnight exhausted faster than the normal spell and the fire extinguish in a matter of seconds. My energy drained and I felt tired then I lie down while breathing faster.

[Tired already?] Lily smirked. I quiver in her reaction. No. My innocent Lily looks evil right now. [ Celine just cast a small fire spell but Celine got tired easily. Too weak]

"Ah? Sorry if I am weak?"

[Celine needed to strengthen Celine's body and stamina. Mana capacity is equivalent of stamina and endurance, and Celine is weak in both. Celine need to train]

When she said those sentences, I shudder.

Why does it felt like it was the beginning of my hardship and the end of my life?

Should I back down?

Well, let's try it first. There is nothing that will loss to my things but I'll regret it if I stop before it started, right?
