They say that everyone should be ready whenever they are going to war... and that's exactly what I was doing this couple of days before the royal tea party and that will be tomorrow.

My mother, since she said that she's going to train me in etiquette for the event tomorrow as well as not to shame myself when the royal tutor arrive in three days, became as strict as Miss Minchin of the cartoon Princess Sarah.

Once mother tied her hair up into a bun and wore a reading glass as well as holding a whip in her hand, my gentle mother will be replaced of a strict teacher from hell.

She's really scary.

My two and half hours of class every other day in etiquette lesson were replaced into six darn straight hours and I can't even leave the house or practice my archery or visit my greenhouse and laboratory as she always observe me whenever and whatever I do. My powerful and famous puppy, teary eyes and acting cute little child are not effective on her, I even asked father about mother's strict and unusual behavior but he just shrugged at me and said, "Princess you can do it. Don't give up". 'Don't give up your face! '

Why life so unfair?

Whenever I tried to escape from my lesson or plan to escape, a lash of a whip will hit my side. The whip will not landed on me but it will scared me and wake me up from any thoughts running in my head as I know that the owner of that whip is my very own supposedly-sweeet-and-gentle-but-turned-into-strict-miss-michin mother. Seeing the scary glare that she's giving me, do I still have the guts to escape? Obviously not, I already chicken out just seeing my very own mother.

In my former life, I am supposed to know the proper manners and action whenever you are in a party or conversation to a high class person since Kosaki family are member of high society but NO! Since I was a child, my former parents love to hide me from everyone and even a glimpse in the party, I am not allowed. The only thing I did in a party AFTER I graduated college and became their 'perfect' daughter was to smile here and there. I am not even allowed to talk to and my former parents and siblings were the one who do the talking in my stead... so, even if you asked me, I don't think my past memories are helpful in this kind of occasion.

I felt that my neck was so stiff every time my mother increases the books over my head to balance while I am walking or doing stuff or even when I am eating. She even taught me proper way of smiling and conversation or gestures with other nobles.

I even tried to compare my knowledge and all what I learned from the start I started learning etiquette in this life and take it as my advantage when she was around to observe me. There is no changes from before and after taking a lesson under my mother and my etiquette tutor, it's just that mother was the one who do the job this days and observes me 24/7 *sigh*

I never thought that etiquette was really tiring *deep sigh*

"Did she arrive already?" Dianne, who was wearing her favorite color red gown with black gloves and big hat, asked for the nth time.
