I'll also list how they are most likely to hurt you (mostly in a fight. This isn't day to day)

•there isn't really a cause
•something just happened
•he freaks the fuck out
•instantly realizes what he did
•tries to apologize
•gets drowned out by either his tears, or your own

•cheating (father), ignoring, yelling
•hitting (slap across the face) can happen, but probably only once ever
•most likely because of stress/his father
•he denies that he hurt you at first
•whether it's cheating, or flipping out on you
•it was most likely caused by his father and his pressure to have an heir
•the fact that his father wants him to follow the family "tradition" so strictly is disturbing
•doesn't realize how severe it is or what he did sometimes
•he tires to apologize in person
•but kinda ruins it by buying you something expensive

Kiyotaka Ishimaru

•yelling, controlling
•mainly happens when he is overly stressed
•he freezes
•he doesn't move
•he just stares at you for a bit with a blank expression
•he doesn't realize what he just did until he hears you yelling/crying, or leave the room
•then he starts to breakdown
•he even falls to the floor
•doesn't stop apologizing until he can't even breathe
•he can barely bring himself to look at you

•yelling, ignoring
•most likely became of work stress
•I want to say they are too innocent to hurt you...
•but even then, the most innocent and kind can do the worse...
•you got in a fight with him over the amount of time he spends coding
•you even said "YOU'RE CODING IS WHAT GOT US TOGETHER, AND WHAT WILL BREAK US APART!!"
•that broke Chihiro
•he flipped out
•coding is his life, his career
•it scared you how verbal he could get
•it took him a few minutes to calm down
•he then realized what he did
•he just ran away, his hands covering his mouth

•neglect, avoiding, Izuru
•yelling is rare, but can happen
•Izuru most likely caused this one
•or Nagito
•he tends to be a bit of an asshole as well
•he won't yell
•but you can feel it radiating off of him
•it's scary
•he doesn't even realize what he's done until someone else points it out
•even then it takes him time to apologize properly

Nagito Komaeda

•neglect, using as a "stepping stone to hope"
•he can go insane, and while hurting himself can hurt you
•can happen at random because of his hope addiction
•his addiction to hope, and constant talk of it
•it seems like he talks about and cares about hope more than you
•when he hurts you he tries to justify it with hope
•"But think My Hope, this despairing moment will lead to a new hope for us both!"
•there is never an apology
•just hope
