She agreed to this.

"Send some people from the Shadow Guards to assist Ting Ting", Ying Yue said once Ying Jun has calmed down.

Her words made him startled again, "You have people in the Shadow Guards?"

Ying Yue explained that it was raised because she needed a network of information and the assassins were from Pei Zhi's dark guild before that he led.
