A few days past, Tutankhamun was discharged from the hospital and today would be the day I explained. Man, I do not even know where to start. Ankhesenamun also was took a test at the hospital to check if she was fine and all is well I guess. "Okay.....um... I really don't know where to start" I stutter "I don't know Cadie, you can start at the part where you left the class tour at the museum" my mom says "riiiiggggght........" I say.

I'm grounded. I just know it. And i know I'll get grounded more even then usual kids. I took a deep breathe as Tutankhamun rubbed my back, my dad gave him a glare.

"I was at the museum with rest of the class......" I started. The only people who were here were my parents, Riley and her parents as they are close Like family. All eyes were on me as I was nervous "the teacher wouldn't stop yapping about that stupid ring" I say in a bored tone remembering that moment "tell me about it" Riley folds her arms agreeing "so I took a small detour.... going over to the light that shined in my eyes. I followed it leading to a room written, King Tut's Tomb. I got in, I got excited, I didn't know what I was thinking and I opened the glass cage thingy then touched it........." I rambled fast as my mother held her heart "Cadie!" She breathes out as I rambled not caring "then it touched it. Because I loved the colour gold and all that stuff. The next thing I knew, I fell from the sky and I drowned in the Nile River hitting my head on a stone beneath. If you don't want to believe me, I have a scar right here to prove it" I spoke fast indicating the scar on my forehead.

"But it healed and I'm fine. The next thing I knew, I woke into a huge room and that's when I met Tutankhamun" I say motioning to him as he slightly raised his hand waving. From their faces, I could tell they didn't believe me "he asked me........wait!" I say "he demanded to be his wife." I say truthfully "then I said no. We went to an argument then he threw me in the dungeons" I say glaring at him which he smirked "I stayed there for a few days and then I decided I accepted it" I say

"Blah blah blah blah blah, we fell in love, Ankhesenamun didn't like me and we didn't get along. The next day I was kidnapped and I escaped, meeting Layla and Jamilah in the middle of a desert. I decided to help them and he took them in. We got married and I was beyond terrified-----" I was cut off by my dad "YOU WHAT?????!!!!" He boomed and froze looking at him "we got married but they did this thing called blood binding where they cut your hand" I say "oh yeah, we learnt that in class" Riley says and Ankhesenamun smiled at her

"I got a scar to prove it here" I say showing them "then after that, I was with child and gave birth to Tutankhamun's heir. The next thing I knew chaos happened. He went into war while the palace was being raised by the Matanni. A Matanni girl nearly strangled me to death, I have scares from her nails but Ankhesenamun, my friend here, saved me. We were able to escape and I saved her and we reunite in the middle of the desert at dawn where I found out I have a brother, who's name is Anakin, helped us" I say and remembered him "we had to come back because I had to fulfill my destiny and all that. Because I was chosen by the Spirit and yes so we came back here and rushed him to the hospital before it was too late and he's saved. Now I'm here, explaining to you about my journey" I finally finished off regaining my breathing as everyone stared at me blankly

"Oh and I don't remember the Spirit's name but he called me the Chosen one" I shrugged off

"I'm having a hard time believing all this" my dad spoke up after some time "Cadie, this is just one of your pranks again. How else are we going to believe all this" my mom says and I sighed "mom, this isn't a prank, I swear to you......I mean, I know I'm the Mischievous Little Prankster of this family" I mumbled the last part as Tutankhamun and Ankhesenamun looked at me surprised "....but I'd never lie to you about this, I swear" I say sincerely

"Okay then, prove it" my dad says and I think as I looked over at Tutankhamun and Ankhesenamun but they looked at me blankly noting they don't know "Sir, we would never lie about this" Tutankhamun spoke up finally "Quiet! I wasn't talking to you!!" My dad growls at him and Tutankhamun furrowed his brows "How dare you talk back to your Pharaoh!" He says obviously offended "can we not fight.... please" I begged "Cadie, you better get your Friends out of my roof right now and yes you are grounded! You are grounded for life young missy!" He yells at me sternly "How dare you speak to my wife in that manner!!" Tutankhamun defends "You can stop with the acting now, boy! And get the hell out of my house!!!" He hissed

"But dad....." I try reasoning with him "Cadie, stay out of this! And go to your room! We have had enough of your silly pranks!!!" My mom yelled at me "No! No!! I will not go to my room!! And this is not a prank! Why won't you believe me????!!" I asked frustrated "how dare you raise your voice at your mother?? First, you brake the Museum rules, second you disappeared for a month and third you come back with a prank? Go to your room!!!" My dad shouts as tears formed in my eyes.

I rushed upstairs "Catori..." Tutankhamun calls for me as I ignored rushing upstairs. I got in my room, seeing the kids were scared. I calmed them down then I started packing. I packed all my money savings and everything.

Catori's father kicked us out if the house as Ankhesenamun helped me balancing "What do we do now, Tutankhamun?" She asks sadly "I feel, I have brought all this trouble on Catori. I should have just died, I never want to see her cry" I say looking down "brother, don't say that" she says hugging me and we started walking. We honestly didn't want to leave Catori and the children are in there as we looked back now and then.

I dragged my suitcase downstairs as the kids followed me with Layla holding Kaizer in her arms "And just where the hell do you think you're going?" Asked my dad "I'm moving out" I say not caring of what they'll say. I've faced more than this tiny problem, Egypt taught me to toughen up and that's just what I'm going to do "What good is staying under a roof with parents who don't believe me? Parents are supposed to be there for their children no matter what the problem may be in life" I say

"And what the hell do you know about being a parent?" Asked my mom "Because I am one" I say then walked away "Cadence, if you walk out that door, you're cutting ties with us and you are to never enter, do you hear me?" My dad remarked "I'd rather live in the streets than parents who don't give a damn about me ever since they adopted me" I spat then banged the door as I walked out the porch seeing Tutankhamun and Ankhesenamun

They looked back to see us coming. Tutankhamun smiled but it slowly vanished "What about your family?" He asks worried and I looked back at the house then back at them and to the kids as I smirked "My family is right here" I say "come on. We're catching a plane to Cairo" I say and they smiled "Will we see the Nile?" Asked Ankhesenamun "yes but it will be way different than before" I say as we walked on the pavement

"My love, I'm sorry about your family. Truly I am" Tutankhamun apologized "you don't need to, my love. Ever since they adopted me, they never payed any attention at all. Just unending business trips and travels, leaving me behind. So it's best we look for our future" I shrug "Ummi, what's the future like?" Layla asks

"It's wonderful, my little orchid. Wonderful" I say

I am currently working on the second book and yeah, I don't like how I ended it about not given Tutankhamun justice so I just kept it origin by the history. I hope you love it.
