The beat flows through my ears
Nobody can here
Calm my beating heart
Those tears out of my eyes
Tell in me I'm not alone
Starting to connect the dots
Time goes by
No more letting it bother me
The sun follows
My feet on the ground
Looking around
In my world
Without a word
The stars are out
No turning back
Nothing but silence
Then chatter
Laughter
Overused words
Pulling me back down
Like gravity
Step by step
About to face reality
