My Beautiful Destination

After the Bungee jumping experience, sitting here at the outdoor setup with my sunshine resting her head on my shoulder for dinner and listening to river water was kind of nirvana. Her soft brown hair were tickling my face, her thumb unknowingly caressing my fingers...if what I had been through leads to her then I have no complaints. As they say, difficult roads lead to beautiful destinations. She is my beautiful destination.

"Mr. Anderson" I heard Mr. Parker call out. I was waiting for it as I knew they were up to something. Mike and him were giving glances to each other, and so were Stacy and her fiancé. I had been observing them since I met them, you can say it's my hobby or habit to study people and analyze people, and I am almost 99 percent right with my conclusion.

The 'gift' of being scared and abused as a child and my life in the orphanage. It helped me to stay away from those who could harm me and take advantage of me. It still helps to know whom to get acquainted with. Mike loves Jia as a sister, he is caring and fun-loving person. I know him since long. Stephen has this cold and rude facade, but he too is good at heart. Stacy is bossy and dominating. Aarti is sweet and naive just like Jia, but she is a bit introvert. My Sunshine has good people in her life, I must say. They all love her. They all were so innocent people surrounded by their world full of love, unaware of the demons of life that come out to hunt when everyone is sleeping.

"Call me Viktor." I smiled. He nodded.

"Viktor, coming straight to the point. Are you serious about Jia?"

"Very much. I don't indulge in unnecessary encounters. My feelings for Jia are pure and genuine." I took hold of Jia's hands in mine. I see my future with her, and I would never hurt her intentionally" I promised looking deep in her eyes. Those chocolate eyes reciprocated the same feeling. There was a spark, a pure divine chemistry between us.

"Ahem..." Stacy cleared her throat.

"Very well, Mr. Anders....Viktor. We respect your feelings and trust you with our Jia. She is a bit dumb and clumsy... "Jia gasped and threw a spoon at Stacy, which she dodged successful. "But...let me complete Jia....but she is very precious to us and if anyone hurts her..."

"He has to face us." Stephen threatened. He was not convinced by what I confessed.

"No worries, I know what happened to  Freddie. Something like that is not bound to happen...to me." I reassured.

"Ok sorted. What about Jia? Are you serious about him?"

"Of course Stace"

"Cool so...I...have an announcement to make." All our attention went to Stacy. "We are getting married...next week." She declared.

"WHAT!!"

"NO WAYS!"

"FCUK!"

There was a loud reaction to her announcement.

"You can't do this stacy.... listen guys ....no you listen....we need time....how will we prepare... postpone it.... "All of them started talking at once and the banter went on.

"When will we go shopping? Oh god, my brain will blow out." Jia jabbered with wide eyes.

"Ya need to buy wedding dress, footwear, bride mates dress.... lingerie... " Jovita continued. Ok. I don't need any further details.

"Ok girl, you can finish your talk and meet us at Mike's room for a movie." Snappy. Oh, I mean Stephen jested getting up. All us guys got our cue to move away from the impending topic.

As we went towards the room, Mike threw his arm on Jake's shoulders

"Why so hasty decision, buddy." He asked.

"Umm...my parents are in a bit a hurry. They gave us an ultimatum. It will be a small wedding in the church." He explained.

"Hmm, anyway it was long pending."  Stephen said.

"Ya I guess."

We guys were settled in the room with beer for company and Mike was browsing through movies to put on.

"Which movie would you prefer, Viktor?" Mike asked me. Hah! Good question. I was never for movies. I hardly or you can say never watched movies.

"Umm anything is fine with me."

"Still something of your choice."

"I don't watch movies..." I confessed just when girls entered.

"Let's watch some Korean drama, those Korean guys are drool worthy, specifically Lee Minho" we heard Jovita as all the girls came in and snuggled in bed. They ignored us profoundly.

"No let's watch Avengers, I miss my Loki." Jia said as if dreaming about him.  Whose Loki?

"You should watch Indian movies sometime. Hrithik Roshan is above everyone." Aarti added, which had Stephen in shock.

"Have you heard of Aiden Turner, he is hot, you should check him out." Stacy had a new update. We guys looked at each other not knowing what to do next.

They continue with their most handsome male discovery, showing and passing their mobile around. The movie night was turned into Male hunt night for them and sulking night for us.

"Justin Theodore, Canadian prime minister... See, isn't he...ohh look out for Omar Borkan, he is an Arab model you will forget rest all.... Have you seen Can Yemen...he is Turkish actor..."

I was impressed with their worldwide apt research for hottest males, unfortunately we didn't hear our names at all.

"I still stand by my word my Loki is the best" Jia boosted.

I need to find who the hell this Loki is.
