ETERNAL LOVE {Thena/You}

Chapter 6.

Present Day.

Ikaris: 'Sersi' Ikaris says knowing that the eternal is asleep on my shoulder. I heighten my jumper on her so it acts as a blanket and looks at Ikaris who had a face like it had been slapped multiple dozen times.

Y/n: 'Ikaris she is asleep... just because she's asleep on me doesn't mean you have to wake her' I reply and place my head back resting it on the back of the car seat. That's until I felt a prod making me look up at the blue-eyed man who looks even tenser than before

Ikaris: 'Y/n, have you and Sersi y'know?' he asks. I smile and roll my eyes then run my hands along Sersis thigh making her hum and shuffle further into me

Y/n: 'fucked?' I question. He nods and then rolls his eyes 

Ikaris: 'yes I wouldn't have said it in such a vulgar manner but that's the idea' He says. I nod and lick my lips then smile

Y/n: 'yeah we have, thousands of times probably' the mans face drops. It's clear he's jealous which only boosts my ego that little bit more

Sprite: 'Gross' Sprite whispers over my shoulder from the back of the car. I slap her head lightly making her move back into her seat 

Y/n: 'Tinkerbell shurup let the adults speak' I joke. The girl reaches her hand around and sticks the middle finger at me making me scoff and close my eyes 

Sprite: 'haha' She whispers in my ear.

Ikaris: 'I don't know what she sees in you' Ikaris says only boiling my blood. I spend a couple of seconds with my eyes closed before opening them and looking at the guy I used to call a brother of mine. 

Y/n: 'Well, you haven't slept with me' I snap back. He instantly frowns whilst Sersi shuffles against me her hand landing on my legs 

Ikaris: 'You truly are a piece of work Y/n' He says looking me up and down in an intimidating manner. He doesn't scare me though, he never has and he probably never will

Y/n: 'A piece of art I hope?' I ask in a teasing tone and chuckle then feel Sersi lifting herself from me 

Sersi: 'your body is a piece of art that's for sure' She confirms resulting in a loud scoff from Ikaris and Sprite

Ikaris: 'Sersi you are awake' Ikaris says in a golden retriever kind of manner. I smile as Sersi keeps her hand on my thigh almost signifying that we are each other, I don't even know what you would call us? Friends with Benefits, Sneaky but not so sneaky links or lovers?

Sersi: 'I am now' She replies. I rest my head back and smile 

Y/n: 'so... when was the last time that you all talked to Ajak?' I ask all of the members in the car. They all soon chirp up

Ikaris: 'a few 100 years now probably' Ikaris confirms 

Sprite: 'only a couple of decades' Sprite continues 

Sersi: Sersi traces my fingers with hers and then hums 'when we last visited her Y/n, 2005 was it?' she questions. Being alive for so long often means that you lose track of the years. Easily done when you have been around for hundreds of years 

Y/n: 'Ahhh yes, the last time I saw her' Thena.

2005: Ajaks house (just so you know I'm adding things that might not be in the movie for storyline purposes)

Y/n: I opened the door to Ajaks house and smiles smelling freshly cooked food. Travelling so much me and Sersi often tend to miss it 'Ajak, me and Sersi have come to visi-' I shout and cut myself off when I walk into the kitchen and see her. The girl hoped I would never have to see again after we broke each other's hearts  'Thena' I say and look her up and down frozen in the spot I'm in. She turns around from whatever she is doing and locks eyes with me

Thena: 'Oh my god Y/n' she says in utter shock at the person in front of her. Me of course, not Ikaris the neek.

Y/n: 'I never expected to see you again, unless it's not you' I step closer to her expecting another culprit trying to play a sick prank on me 'SPRITE THAT BETTER NOT BE YOU' I raise my voice making the icy blonde-haired woman crack a smile. A smile I often only saw when she was around me

Gilgamesh: 'Y/n it's her I promise' The big guy walks in making me roll my eyes and turn to him. He cracks a cocky smile. Sersi grabs my hand and squeezes it whilst she walks past letting me know she was there if I needed her 

Y/n: 'You, you're here too' I confirm looking at the guy who was quite clearly in love with my girl

Gilgamesh: 'Yes well when you went off after the two of you called it quits, I swore to protect her, with the burden she is carrying compared to the rest of us' I hum and drink the water from the jug that was on the side. Then turn back to Thena who looked as though she was about to burst out crying at any second

She's good at hiding her emotions until it comes to me, she can't hide anything from me

Y/n: 'Well you and I both know whose company she would have rather kept' I say and turn back to him. She would have way rather come with me if she had had the chance and I know that to be true.

Gilgamesh: 'I think you will find I make her far happier than you ever did' He says attempting to square up to me. I of course tower over him b quite a significant height

Y/n: 'Is that so?'I ask and smile down at him with intimidation 'What can you offer, baked goods' I mock and his face drops 'Mother fucker she loved me, not you' I push his body away from me in order to get control of my anger before my powers made me do something I didn't want to do. As much as he has stolen my girl, he Is still family after all

I turn around and head to look around for Ajak but by the time I reach the door he says something that makes me stop dead in my tracks

Gilgamesh: 'She loves me now' he says, with a mocking tone

Y/n: I turn around and push him into the wall making a few things fall to the floor and shatter 'You're a liar, I know she doesn't because I know that it will always be me, I'm the one for her' I say reassuring myself more than anyone

Gilgamesh: He steps back up from where I pushed him into and squares up to me yet again 'even after you left her, without so much as a word, and went off to travel the world whilst she suffered the dreadful condition she is forced to live with' he asks. My face instantly drops and I clench my fists in anger 

Y/n: 'BROUGHT ON BY THE STRESS AND BURDEN BEING A PART OF THIS FAMILY PUTS ON PEOPLE' I shout and look over at Thena who was giving me a pleading glare. She steps in between us and looks up at me 

Thena: 'Y/n, stop, I don't want to fight' she whispers 'With anyone, let alone you' I smile and look down at her with pure and simple admiration. Even after all this time, I'm still very much  inconceivably and irreparably in love with this woman 

Y/n: 'can we talk, just us?' I ask she goes to say something when Ajak walks into the rooms and chimes in her opinion

Ajak: 'I don't think that's the best idea' She says. I turn to her and snap 

Y/n: 'Can you let the girl fucking speak' I look back at Thena then between Gilgamesh and Ajak 'God and then you wonder why I left' I groan then bite my lip nervously and look down at the girl I loved 'Thena, can we talk?'

Thena: 'Yes'

FINALLY AN UPDATE!! I KNOW IT HAS BEEN A WHILE AND I NEED TO UPDATE ALL MY STORIES BUT VOTE AND COMMENT ON THIS CHAPTER TO GIVE ME MOTIVATION
