I was sitting by the lake it was maybe like 6 but I didn't care Mattheo said he wanted to give me something before we go home for summer I was really gonna miss him but he promised he'd write every Friday and we'll talk about our weeks and what we're gonna do on the weekends so it was alright I guess but its not the same

We've been together for 5 months and yes it has been hard for him to open up but it's ok I know he thinks that showing emotions is a sign of weakness but I told him it was ok and he can take his time are relationship is perfect for the most part but I'm trying to be patient he also told me to not to come back to Hogwarts when school starts again, but ever since the head master fell to his death a few nights ago the school got this weird ray of darkness over it like every one is so sad and gloomy so maybe thats why he doesn't want me to come back because it sad and he wants me to be happy

15 minutes past by and I heard foot steps then they stop and sit next to me I already knew it was Mattheo because who else would it be

"Hello love" he said grabbing my hand his were cold as always but I started to get use to it

"Hey teo" I said smiling at him he doesn't really smile so I wasn't expecting one back he just kissed my cheek ( its teo because his name is matteo just spelled different so theo wouldn't make any sense unless the h is silent)

"I got you something" he said reaching in his pocket

"Is it another dead frog" I ask moving back a little

"What? No when did I give you a de- never mind" he handed me a tiny box with a little note I always got me gifts but usually they were much bigger I'm not being ungrateful I'm just saying

"Read the note after" he said

"Ok" I opened the tiny bow and it revealed a ring a it had three diamonds two tiny ones and one of my birth stone and it had something in graved on the band I smiled at the little note after I opened it and gave him a hug

"Thank you Mattheo" I said squeezing tighter and kissing him

"You're welcome baby" he said between kisses I'm gonna miss Mattheo but at least I have something to remember him with i looked at his hand and he has a matching one

"I love you" I said leaning on his shoulder

"I love you more"

Three months in to summer

I haven't received any letters yet maybe he forgot or is to busy having fun I wrote to him a few times but he never wrote back I wasn't worried I mean if he didn't want to he didn't want to but it still hurt

I looked down at the ring and looked at what it said on the band

" you'll forever be my girl l/n"
