Ava Halstead just came back from 2 years as a Marine and is going to firehouse 51 on squad 3 but isn't on the best terms with her brothers because of them not wanting her to be a Marine but she didn't care, she's a lot more like her twin brother Jay...
As you were walking in to the fire house you guys get a call so you drop your bag at the squad table before running over to squad and you guys leave
You guys get there a see it's a truck with maybe a dozen metal poles on it that crashed and now the man was hanging on the road railing about to fall maybe 20 feet down
Truck gets all the poles stabilised and you get roped up to go down to get him
Which your roped you go down and swing a bit before they slowly bring you down and you go upside down as you get to him and Connect him to the rope and grabbing on to him before they bring you guys down to the bottom and he gets checked out by the paramedics and you walk up to squad again
You guys pack up before leaving
You guys get back and you take your bag and bring it to the locker room before going to the kitchen and you make your self a fruit salad
Before eating it at the table and going on your phone
But as you were eating you hear mouch and herrman talking about Mollys old owner but the next thing jays name get brought up
" what about jay Halstead" you say and the both of them turn to you not knowing you were there
" long story short when we bought Mollys this guys had a sketchy partnership and we didn't know jay at the time and he went undercover and gets himself shot in the process" herrman says and you nod " and mouch you let this guy in to the fire house" you say and he slowly nods Then you go back eating your food
The rest of shift was quiet and you go home after
A few hours later gallo comes at your door looking angry
He explains everything to you
" ok so you're tell me you want to join squad which is great, I'd love to have you in squad but you go looking for a class and when you're there you drop severides name thinking they'll make an exception" you ask and he nods " you know I love you but you are so dumb" you say and he looks at you confused " never drop someone's name like that, severide is probably going to kill you because you made him look bad" you say and he slightly nods kinda understanding what you're saying
You guys end up going to Mollys and you see the old owner but you don't stay long before going home and to sleep
You walk in to shift the next day and you go to the kitchen and make yourself chocolate chip pancakes which you had been craving
When there done you sit down and eat them then gallo sits next to you " this is new" he says nodding to your food " I know, it's like my first ever pregnancy craving" you say and eat it up quickly before making your self your favourite smoothie before drinking it out at the squad table
But before you know it you're running to the bathroom at hit in to gallo on your way but don't stop
You end up trowing everything you had eaten up and gallo starts rubbing your back lightly then you just fall and sit on the floor " I don't think the bean likes pancakes" you say and he nods " yeah don't think so, how about you asks severide if you can go home early and rest at home" he says and you nod before getting up
Severide let's you go home and you leave then go home a to sleep
Hello ends up coming after shift and brings you some fruit and you eat it happily and you end up falling asleep
You walk in to shift and see Stella who was now the Lieutenant of truck now that Pelham was gone
" hey, lieutenant" you and she smiles " hello" she say as you walk in to the locker room then you guys get a call so you run out and you guys leave
You guys get they're to see the ofi car so severide gets out quickly and you fallow him in to the building where his friend you weren't sure about her name was trapped
You guys locator her, she was trapped under a lot of wood from a collapse so severide asks for a ladder to rope down
You guys get everything ready and you help severide rope up then he goes down
He ends up getting her out safe and he volunteers for clean up duty
You guys clean up and severide goes down again for another look around then shouts up at you guys " hey see this" he says and you look down and nod " it wasn't the fire that caused the collapse, someone loosened all of these screws" he says and you slightly nod
You guys leave soon after getting severide up
You walk in to the kitchen to see the new girl for this shift on truck cooking
You sit next to gallo before slightly whispering in his ear " there is no way I'll be able to eat this girls food" you say and he laughs before you smile at him
You end up just having a fruit salad again and eating it happily
The rest of shift was quite and you go home after then go ready for Mollys
As you were putting on your pants they barely fit and you would have to be getting bigger ones very soon

As you walk in to Mollys you walk up to the girls
" hey"you say with a small smile" what can I get you" stella who was working asks " em just a water thanks" you say and she nod's confused
You spent most of the time with stella, Brett and violet which was really nice honestly and just go home to bed after
