Unessecary
I called love that;
That every time two lovers pass by,
I'd squint my eyes and wish them gone

14th of February,
O, how agonizing it was once
For every love song, every bouquet of roses,
I have ought to ne'er be those people

But people... people are we
We seem to fall into that infinite pit
I've heard of it
It's what they call love

I never liked chocolates
Yet there I was, beatitude through the finest prism
I was holding the bar of chocolate paired with an orange tulip
Orange. Optimism

14th of February,
From that day forward, you were unstoppable
The things that I swore I'd ne'er accept came flooding me so
And dear, how my heart has betrayed me with one blow

I despised affection
Yet here I am; heart raising, breath quivering, knees weakening
O brain, save my heart from this steep slope
Or rather—teach me how to cope

Surreal
The moment you walked in with those two charms, I trembled
My hands shuddered, eyelids flickered
While you wore the smile that rid my composure

O 14th of February,
I only saw how my mind was going to change
But now I see how you had hult and stood by the rear,
All along, waiting for me to combust

I once saw it as the source of melancholy
And now I see how it could be one beauteous melody
I see love as that;
As something not so unessecary after all.

You brought me daylight,
So I'll give you my afternoons to spend
O him of the 14th,
Let me see how far we can wander for this.
