"Aww bhai" ayzal hugged Saad and soon Hunaiza and shumaila joined the hug. Saad pinched Hunaiza's waist lightly earning a smack on his head from her.
Saad pulled her hair earning a wink from her. His eyes widened at her audacity.

"Ahem apna romance baad me karein aur saad gaal sambhalein laal hue jaa rahein hai kisi ne dekhliya to....." ayzal was whispering when Zafar cut her off.

"Tu kyu laal hue ja raha hai bhai" Zafar asked raising an eyebrow.

"Lo ji peh gaya syappa aur karo khulle aam romance " ayzal whispered stifling her laugh.

"Wo-wo baba k-kuch nahi mai to bas aise hi" Saad blabbered. Ayzal and Hunaiza burst out in laughter.

It was early in the morning and the nikkah was after maghrib salah. So a lot of time was there on preparation. Youngsters were retiring to their rooms.

"Ruko sab. Baat sunna hamari" Zafar said taking his seat. All gathered in the hall when Jahanzaib joined them after a short period. He took a seat beside ayzal who was profusely blushing beside him.

"ji baba koi zaruri baat hai," humza asked. Everyone looked towards Zafar who was deep in thought. Youngsters gave each other a confused look.

"baat ye hai ke hum ne faisla liya hai ke humza aur shumaila ke nikkah k baad jahanzaib aur ayzal ki ruqsati hogi" zafar dropped the bomb shocking everyone to the core.
Correction: shocking youngsters to the core.

"Aaj rabail ne sawal karliya aur aise ilzam lagaye hai...kal ko koi aur hoga sawal karne wala isiliye humein munasib lagta hai ke ruqsati hojaye" shehryar said looking towards his daughter who was in a predicament.

"Baba ye aap kya keh rahein hai. Ayzal abi choti hai na padhai poori hui hai. Nikkah me beshaq hai lekin biwi ki zimmedari bohot badi hoti hai baba. Haan isme koi shak nahi ke wo apne biwi hone ka farz ba-khoobi nibhaegi ta-umr lekin ye umr uske padne ki zindagi ko mukammal tarah se jeene ki hai aur mai nahi chahta ke wo apni zindagi me kisi bhi khwahish ki qurbani de" jahanzaib replied explaining his point.

"Hum tumhari baat samajhte hai jahanzaib lekin kis kis ka mu band karte phiroge tum batao. Ruqsati hojaegi to majal hai jo koi sawal kare ayzal ya uske kirdar par. Hum bhi chahte hai ke wo apni zindagi jiye. ruqsati ke baad bhi wo waise hi rahegi jaisa hamesha se rehte aayi hai" Haala replied coaxing her son.

"Tumhari ammi sahi keh rahi hai beta. Aaj ko rabail aapa ne sawal karliya ayzal ke kirdar par kal ko koi aur bhi karsakta hai aur rahi baat padhai ki to wo to waise hi mukammal karegi apni padhai humein koi aiteraaz nahi hai beta" maryam said making him understand.

"Lekin baba....."

"Mai kuch keh sakti hu" ayzal cut him off. She raised her head and looked towards the elders.
