"Jacob!" I place a hand on my temple.

Jacob is four and a trouble maker.

The door opens and closes again.

"Hey beautiful" he kisses my cheek.

"Get your son, he's driving me crazy." I say walking into the kitchen.

Ares lets out a chuckle as he goes into the living room.

I hear screams and laughter. I smile.

Ares comes back into the kitchen, sitting at the dinner table.

"How is our little girl?" He asks cleaning Jacob's mess.

"She's very active today and she has me craving lots of things" I smile, pouring the spaghetti into the tomato sauce.

"You want me to do something?" He asks fixing the dishes.

"No, everything's good."

"Okay."

A comfortable silence fills the house.

"Mama!" Jacob comes running into the kitchen.

"What's wrong?" I turn to him.

"Someones outside" he says quietly.

I turn to Ares with a questioning look.

He dries his hands and walks out of the kitchen to the front door.

"Why don't you go to your room and play." I say brushing his hair.

Jacob nods and goes upstairs to his room.

Jacob is very sweet boy. He can be a hand full but he will always do what he's told, even if it is hours later.

I hear Ares and someone else laughing. I turn around to Haru.

"Hey" I smile.

"Hello Ez" He returns the smile.

"Did Es get mad at you again?" I ask turning back to the food.

"No, more like she is having one of her moment where she wants no one to be around" he says sitting at the dinner table with Ares.

I laugh. "She's mad at you."

"Yeah, she is" he crosses his arms.

"Is Jacob in his room?" Ares asks.

I hum in response.

"You should have brought her with you so we could catch up" I put the lid on the pan and turn to the guys.

"I was going to, but she said she was going to do something" Haru shrugs.

"She'll be here in a bit" I say walking to the fridge.

The two guys start to talk about work and other things I don't want to know about.

I let out a sigh as I sit on the couch.

"I needed this" I mumble to myself.

Then there's a knock on the door. Ares gets up to open the door.

"Hey" Is all he says before letting who ever in.

"Hi" I sit up.

"Ezra!" Esme says pulling me into a hug.

"Esme!" I hug her back.

"Oh my gosh! She's so big" Esme says placing a hand on my belly.

"Yeah, she's due next month." I say smiling.
