Poem 128

Pay attention to what they photograph darling,
That's what they're afraid to lose.
Your parents photograph their family and friends,
Taking candids of their children.
You and your friends photograph each other,
Silly selfies and poses.
But what does he photograph?
Not much,
There's no evidence of what he's scared to lose.
What about you?
You photograph him, your friends, your parents, your sisters, your brother, your pets, and yourself.
Because you're terrified that one day, you'll lose yourself,
But more importantly, that you'll lose them.
