Description:

She was a peerless genius in the 24th Century - all she needed was a silver needle and she could practically bring anyone back from the dead.

After an explosion, she crossed over into a strange world; everyone calls her "Miss." The previous "Miss" before had no contractual spirit, was weak and incompetent, and even the fiancé comes over with a new love and bullies her?

Now that she has taken over, who dares to act so presumptuously around her? With needles in hand, the world is for her to own! Wherever she goes, miracles follow! However, she saved a pest. What was she thinking when she saved that man. His stunning demeanor and impeccable face is a huge contrast to his cruel actions. He tries all ways to win her over.

This is an interesting crossover story with some magic, romance and a black-bellied miss as the main character.

This book is a light novel that's not really that light-hearted (seriously, prepare for a few gory chapters).

I have mixed feelings on this one, because of some of its flaws but I would still recommend it. Did I enjoy it? Definitely. Is it something never-seen-before-great? Not really. If you're expecting one of those palace intrigue novels with evil step-mothers and b*tches, you won't find them—well, maybe the b*tches you will, but not as often. It starts off as something that might be of that genre, but this story is more wuxia, martial arts, and elixirs than anything else.

The MC is cold and unfeeling due to terrible circumstances in her past life. But when she reincarnates and becomes Jun Wu Xie of the Lin palace, she finally has a loving family who cares for her unconditionally and for the first time, she starts to feel things. But she doesn't realize her feelings for all her loved ones right away, so expect her to be very dense.

Her powers are very OP. Very. Because of her medical from the future, she has an elixir for almost any situation. Whether it's for healing, torture, changing appearances or even something to break through hard iron, she's got it. I don't really mind this, though, because it's not likely she uses her elixirs to get out of every situation. But beware, she's not afraid to torture her enemies with these elixirs. There will be gore. And she shows no mercy to those who try to harm her.

I don't want to spoil the plot, but since it includes wuxia and martial arts, you might know that the plot takes her all over the lands. And she'll have some companions to go with her—both beasts and humans. But expect a lot of face slapping of her enemies along the way. There are none that spring back up after she deals with them; once she strikes them, she makes sure they'll never be able to harm her again.

Ok, for the male lead, I'm gonna just say it straight—I don't really like him much. He kept pestering her in the beginning and taking liberties with her, so I really disliked him. Thankfully, he wasn't in every chapter; he had his own business to take care of. He would swoop in when she needed him and swoop out again—and he's really OP, by the way, even more than her. It was better that he only came sometimes, otherwise, he could just defeat all of her enemies with a flick of his finger—he's one punch, man (pun not intended). But eventually, the guy kind of grew on me because he really did care for her and doted on her, and also, I knew I had to accept him because there wouldn't be any other male lead for her.

Lastly, I would recommend this because it's pretty good when you're binging and not sitting there like me and getting angry at the author for trying to stretch her word count. Although the story has 3000 chapters, the translators are almost two-thirds through since they release three chapters every day. Right now, that leaves you about 2100 chapters to binge through. Don't worry, they're short though. And you'll end up flying through them. You'll only feel regretful once you're all caught up.
