Disappear

Staring at a photograph,
I can feel my heart split in half,
Loneliness comes rushing in,
I'll have to face the pain I live in,
Only to pray that I'll get to see you another day;

I can't help but think I'm the one who did wrong,
Fear is what stops me from finding where I belong,
I wonder why it took me so long,
To see what went wrong;

I wake up every morning,
Wondering why am I here,
I can't stop myself from thinking,
What would things be like if I just disappeared;

Starting out with fake stars in our eyes,
Here I stood there missing the call,
Learning now that the sun doesn't always rise,
I stood there watching us all fall;

As I let all the wrong words slip out,
I soon learn what the hate was all about,
Tears stop me from going back,
I wonder about the love I lack,
Can things like that come back?;

I wake up every morning,
Wondering why am I here,
I can't stop myself from thinking,
What would things be like if I disappeared?;

Though the nights are long,
I go back to thinking about our favourite song,
Where we dance the night away,
Still laughing about it to this day,
I was crying about it yesterday,
I'm hoping we can go back,
Fix everything that our love lacks,
It would be okay,
I wish everything was okay,
Nothing will be okay;

I wake up every morning,
Wondering why am I here,
I can't stop myself from thinking,
What would things be like if I disappeared,
Then everything would be okay;
