Leaving to Yesterday

You know the other day,
It seems that all of my dreams weren't too far away,
Oh, how I wish it would all stay,
But it seems to be leaving to yesterday;

However, I couldn't see how I was running from reality,
I didn't know I lived in fantasy,
But now it seems like I'm at the end of my own journey,
Because it seems that all of my dreams are also leaving to yesterday;

Love was once an easy game to play,
And I don't know why my love left,
It wouldn't say,
It was just leaving to yesterday;

Now, I need to hide away,
I guess that's the price I pay,
There's no more to say,
Because life itself is leaving to yesterday;
