Gulf opened his eyes ,his body was burning
He could barely open his eyes.His back felt like its covered in thousand layers of clothes.His throat felt dry .He looked around and saw his mother's eyes that was staring at him ,
It was like two dead beads no pain,
No happiness,no sympathy just eyes,
One side of her cheek had a purple bruise.
He felt tears in his eyes tearing up

"Have some water ",she held the glass to his lips
He had a sip and his whole body burned as he moved slightly .
"Don't move ",came his mother's rasp voice
"Your wounds will get infected",
She said setting the glass back on the side table.

Gulf lie back and stared at the ceiling
"How many days?",he asked his voice cracking.
"2 days and 3 nights",his mother answered
"Huh,better than last time ",he said smirking "

Gulf had passed out after the gamma had hit and whipped him for about an hour,
when he fell down as his legs gave up after 65 rounds around the huge training field .
He layed there until his mother found him and begged his father to save his life and the result was the purple bruise on her cheek.

"I wish I had died", he said .
"Thats an easy escape ",
His mother replied staring straight ahead into the distance .

Suddenly they heard someone approaching
The beta of the pack came in and bowed to the Luna
"What is it ?",she asked not even bothering to move her eyes from the distance she was staring lifeless like a statue.

"Alpha had ordered the prince to travel to the south ....To train with the slacuvier pack",He bowed down and went back.
"Another round of mate hunting"'
His mother smirked at Gulf
He sighed and closed his eyes, pain creeping back.

It has been like this ,
Whenever he was injured and couldn't train he will be shipped off to other pack like a rouge in an excuse of training with them ,
But in reality,His father wanted him out of sight .

Gulf also took this as an opportunity to search for his mate,as it was the only way he could be more strong as his weak heart weakened him terribly evenafter him being an alpha.Even if he challenged his father to save his mother from his abuse ,He was way weaker than his father.
He and his mother would be killed by the alpha in an instant and he wouldn't give a fuck about it

They were kept alive just because his father cared about his pride and name
If he challenged him he would take it as an opportunity to end them reasoning wiping off ungrateful son and wife from the pack.
