Review:
The plot actually quite normal and as expected, I will rate 3/5 and 1 is dedicated to ML. I'm in the mood for possessive crazy ML and this novel is really fit. But from objective pov the MC is silly and the plot is easy to guess, the characters seems 2D and no personality most of it only has 1 goal or purpose.
MC just arrived from Canada, she is a famous online singer (anonymously). She went to met her friend and got scout to idol tv program. Then she met ML when he tried to jump from bridge. When ML saw her, he held her and beg her not to leave. MC got panicked and tried to leave ML, she threaten to hurt herself. ML checked her dna and it match with his wife, but MC forget about him and thought she was someone else.
ML force MC to stay with him, he ask doctor to check her when MC slept. The doctor said MC was hypnotized and there's certain command to unlock her memories otherwise MC can't remember and may become crazy if they force it. ML keep following MC and protect her. MC keep saying she can do it herself but repeatedly fell to the enemy trap and ML solved all of them. MC got touched and promise to help ML so he can get back to normal, she will act as his wife subtitute. ML protect her when someone want to pour sulfuric acid. ML asked MC to marry him for 3 years, MC agreed due to guilt. FYI I really like ML because he was really dedicated to MC to the point of crazyness. He is really possessive towards MC, but he felt unworthy due to his heavy trauma and he knew he is abnormal and often use violence to others who hurt MC. He always refrain himself when MC choose to prioritize other things. He was afraid MC will leave him despite knowing she love himself, so he tried to give her freedom and that resulting him following MC anywhere.
He was tortured when MC disappeared. MC was missing when ML plan to propose her, he was tired after working and bought a ring. He fell asleep and heard MC will buy him breakfast when he was sleeping then MC never came back. ML blame himself for fell asleep and because MC bought breakfast for him, he refuse to sleep and eat. It was said MC was taken by her father, who plan to give her to a rich family then MC father died in plane crash along with MC. ML refuse to believe MC death and tried to find her for 3 years. He took his family company and went revenge to his cousin and MC family. He reach his limit and plan to suicide when he met MC again.
MC fell in love with ML but she thought ML only took her as his wife subtitute, she tried to stay away from ML but ML hurt himself then MC felt disstres (this will be the routines of this novel). ML said she is his wife, MC began to believe it but she become dizzy and often fell asleep. The doctor said there was conflict because she tried to remember her past, she will become unstable and sometime forget about ML. Several times MC wake up and forgot about ML, she got panicked and hurt ML. When she remembered again she become suspicious (ML never said anything to MC). MC record using her phone, she saw herself hurting ML. She engrave on herself that ML is her husband and she shouldn't hurt him. When she forget again, she saw the message and try to accept ML. Ah I forgot, during MC crazyness, she is still listed in the idol program. ML paid them to postponed the program, and until the end the idol program hasn't finished due to MC problems. Also ML literally follow MC anywhere and his company still almighty, and he could trap his step brother too. Yep too OP and silly plot.
ML background story: his family is a wealthy family. His grandpa favoured 2 sons, each of them has a son which is the enemy and another is ML. ML father only care about become family heir, he married for the sake getting a son. I'm not sure why, I kinda skip it a bit, ML live only with his mother. ML mother become crazy and often beat ML because his father didn't love herself. ML family found out and tried to separate them, they took ML back but ML mother still can saw him and abuse him. In the end ML mother jump from the roof in front of ML. ML got traumatized but no one cared about him. He was 8 when his brother, the cousin and the enemy took care of him. The cousin arrange a nanny to take care ML. The nanny show a bloody movie to ML and said it was normal. Then she framed ML for trying to murder her. ML got traumatized, he felt no one will like him and he is unworthy. He was removed as heir and kicked out from the family. When MC try to get close to him, he believe MC is deceiving him because MC was his fiancee who changed to his cousin fiancee. When he know MC is not deceiving him, he chased her. MC refuse him and trying to punish him because ML was harsh to her. Then there's fire, ML panicked and went to the fire to find MC. MC already out and found him. She felt distressed and accept him. ML brother keep bothering them, ML always fought him and make him invalid aka impotent. The brother was afraid he will be removed as heir, he fled abroad until ML found him again and took revenge. He 'died' in car crash.
MC and ML went back and forth, MC got hurt ML ached, MC felt distressed about ML. ML found out that his brother still alive. he was the one who took MC. ML plan to wait his brother trap to unlock MC hypnotic, he guessed the key is to kill himself. Then the brother died, MC remembered again when she saw ML got hurt in explosion. ML badly injured, MC felt distressed again...
In the end MC showed her diary to ML, she said he forgot about her. When MC was 5 yo, she met ML as his fiancee. She already love ML and always kept him accompany. ML forgot about it when his mother died. He thought he met MC when he was in junior high school and MC try to get close to him. ML went to his doctor and said he want to remember his childhood. The doctor said it is not necessary since he forgot his suffering, he will suffer again if he tried to remember. ML insist on it and remembered MC, he propose to her again.
They got married, have a son who also love both his parent. The son got confuse since his mother told to love his father more and took care of him, and his father said to love his mother more so he conclude to love both of them.
